🛂 Lost passport

1. Go to the nearest police station and get a 'Report of Loss' (报失证明).
2. Contact your embassy or consulate for a new passport or travel document.
3. Take it to Chengdu Exit-Entry Administration to get an exit visa before leaving China.

West China Hospital (华西医院) — the biggest hospital in Sichuan, has an international medical department. Bring your passport; pay first, then see the doctor.
